Collect your rental according to your confirmed pickup arrangements. Your selected package includes the specified garments and accessories, so you can prepare for your occasion with confidence.
Enjoy your event, then return your rental by the agreed date. Additional rental days and applicable cleaning or damage charges are subject to your rental agreement.
We want you to look your best for every special occasion. Please follow these simple guidelines to keep your rental suit or tuxedo in excellent condition.
1. Keep It Clean and Dry
Avoid spills, food stains, and excessive moisture. Please do not attempt to wash or dry-clean your rental garments.
2. Handle With Care
Avoid activities that may cause tears, snags, or damage to the fabric. Keep your suit or tuxedo away from sharp objects and rough surfaces.
3. Hang It Properly
Always hang your suit or tuxedo on a hanger when not wearing it. Keep it in the garment bag provided to help prevent wrinkles and protect it during transport.
4. Avoid Alterations
Do not make any permanent alterations or adjustments to your rental garments. Contact us if you require a fitting adjustment.
5. Return All Items
Please return all rented items, including the jacket, trousers, shirt, tie or bow tie, and shoes, as applicable, in the condition they were received, allowing for normal wear.
6. Return on Time
Your rental period is 3 days. Please return your rental by the agreed-upon drop-off date to avoid a $25 late fee per additional day.
